Track my RCR Training

All Duke faculty and staff members can log in to the RCR Training Tracker application to view their individual RCR education progress and previous RCR courses completed. "My Transcript" lists which RCR course is due next and by what date, allows individuals to view and export their individual RCR course completion transcript, and lists which Duke research database source(s) identify a faculty or staff member as engaged in research.

The RCR Training Tracker application will send faculty and staff members annual RCR status update emails and reminder emails before each type of RCR training is due.

Your RCR training status may also be viewed through myRESEARCHhome: https://mrh.duke.edu.  Use the expanded view of the "my Portfolio" widget, and select "view details" or view in the "my Training" widget under the required tab.

Contact ASIST (ASIST@duke.edu) if your completed RCR training is not displayed correctly in the "MyTranscript" tab in the RCR Training Tracker.  Certain types of RCR training (such as CITI online training) will not be immediately uploaded into the Tracker and may take up to 30 days to transfer the RCR course credit to the Tracker.  RCR course credit will be awarded on the date of course completion regardless of when the data are uploaded into the Tracker.

* Note that all RCR course completions are also entered into the Duke Learning Management System, so individuals may view their RCR course completions through the Duke LMS.  However, the Duke LMS cannot not provide information on Faculty/Staff RCR program compliance, only on individual RCR course completions. Similarly, LMS does not automatically compile training completd in CITI.
