Stewardship and Compliance for Research Investigators (SCRI) - Training Series
In July, Duke launched the Stewardship and Compliance for Research Investigators (SCRI) Training Series required for Duke personnel listed as PI, co-PI, PI fellow, or “key” personnel on externally sponsored awards, as documented in Duke’s Sponsored Program System (SPS). With the release of this training series, personnel are no longer required to complete the RCC PI Financial Training.
Personnel required to complete the series were notified that the deadline for completion was extended to January 31, 2023.
The series is comprised of 6 modules, which vary in length. Personnel should be prepared to spend roughly 1-2 hours to complete the overall series. The content of this course has been developed at Duke University, and is available on the Learning Management Systems Platform.
This 6 module SCRI course fulfills the RCR-100 requirement. Therefore, if you are researcher listed as PI, co-PI, PI fellow or “key” personnel on externally sponsored awards and who is soon due for the RCR-100 requirement, you may consider taking SCRI training to fulfill both requirements.
